Plaça de Cuba
Opened Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday, from 7:00 to 14:00; Thursday from 7:00 to 14:00 and from 17:00 to 20:00; Friday from 7:00 to 20. Fruits, vegetables, meat and fish.
The Market building of "Plaça de Cuba" was inaugurated on April 12th ,1936 and it was designed by the architect Lluís Gallifa Grezner.
Currently, the building of "Plaça de Cuba" is being completely renewed , that is to say, the renewal of both, the market place and the shops inside, is taking place, in order to adjust the structure and services to the consumer's needs and habit changes.
The new market will eventually accomodate a total of 31 stalls and the inclusion of a supermarket, a parking space and some multi-purpose spaces.
The surroundings of "Plaça de Cuba" hold, every Thursday and Saturday, a weekly street Market: on Thursday, a market of textile fashion, personal care and household items and, on Saturday, a fruit and vegetable market.

Plaça Gran
Open from Tuesday to Friday, from 8:00 to 13:30, and 17:30 to 20:00, and Saturday from 8:00 to 13.30. Fruits and vegetable, meat and fish.
In 1891, the architect Emili Cabañes developed a project to create a stalls market in the "Plaça Gran", "El Rengle". He wanted to improve the conditions in which the trade activity was being carried out. In 1893 the architect Puig i Cadafalch renewed the modernist roof, adding a semicylindrical roof with ceramic coating, visible brick and wrought iron ornamental details. The "Plaça Gran" tradition is still alive, with specialized shops of the food sector and some other shops of personal care items and house keeping needs. From Monday to Saturday, every mornings, we can find stalls to buy fruits and fresh vegetable.
The "Plaça Gran" (the Rengle) municipal market is a very singular market because it is a very small modernist market, with a total number of 8 stalls directly connected to the street.
