- Devise studies and diagnostic tools which help to develop responsible actions in the different business fields.
- Inform and sensitize the companies of the city on social responsibility (RS) by means of training seminars and the annual edition of the book of good practices in RS by the companies of Mataró.
- Develop the project "We facilitate conciliation" which addresses the harmonization of working, family and personal life in different economic sectors of the city.
- Organize informative and advisory activities for the promotion of Equal Opportunity policies from the viewpoint of the workplace.
- Manage SOM student  work experience  placements in companies as a tool for learning and for improvement of qualification of the human capital of the region.
